Close to 200 students have moved through OBA.

Many of them haveĀ had other business mentors before us...

Speaking to them about their previous experiences we get a good sense of whats going onĀ outsideĀ of the world of Onyx.

We keepĀ hearing the same things:

"There were noĀ tangible action steps."
"It was very surface level information."
"There was nothing different to what I saw in their free content."
"I didn't know how to navigate owning a business once the program ended."
"It was designed to only produce quick short-term results."
"I did not have much intimate access to the coach."

And the worst one of all:

"I was given a cookie-cutter method that worked for the person that taught it."

That last one is the one thatĀ reallyĀ disappoints me...

Business programs should not be creating robots.
They should be creating entrepreneurs.

They should be equipping the student with the mindset, skillset, and tangible tools to navigate building andĀ scalingĀ a successful business long-term.

Entrepreneurship is not about following a step-by-step guide like you're building an ikea bookshelf.

It's about knowing how to navigate business with confidence andĀ proficiency.

That's been the focus inside of OBA from day one...Ā

Building entrepreneurs that can:

Ā» Think for themselves.
Ā» CreateĀ offers that sell.
Ā» Design business models that scale.
Ā» Customise systems that work.
Ā» Analyse a market for opportunities.
Ā» Implement a marketing system that converts.
Ā» Have the foresight toĀ understand where they're headed long-term, and know how to correct course when necessary.
Ā» Zoom out to see the bigger picture,Ā andĀ zoom in to execute each step along the way.

OftenĀ we're notĀ ourĀ studentsĀ first business mentors... but because we createĀ actual entrepreneurs, we are almost always their last.

Onyx Business Academy is currently enrolling for our next cohort.

We begin our 6 months journey together on October 30th.

It's your turn...
